My Noon BU is hung up on the (in Progess) tab even though its not running anymore..

I stopped and restarted the client service on that server mult. times but won't clear...all current noon BU's fail because they overwrite the same file so they get the "file in use" error.

    You would need to restart the "SQL Backup Agent-<InstanceName>" service as this is what is doing the work for SQL Backup.  The Redgate Client service is for licensing of the user based tools.
