Is support for alternative comparison keys for static data in the works?

SQL Data Compare allows the user to select alternative comparison keys besides just the primary key. Most of our tables use identities as the primary key but have separate natural unique keys as well. We need to use the natural keys as the comparison keys.

Is there anything in the works soon to allow SQL Source Control to choose comparison keys other than the primary key for tables?

Do you mean choosing comparison keys for tables with static data in SQL Source Control or all tables?

For tables with static data in SQL Source Control. I want to source control static data but I want to compare it in other databases using an alternate key. We use identities as primary keys but we use natural keys for comparison.
