How can i fix the server showing Unknown for user who make the change.

I keep getting this warning below on any database i migrate changes. I thought originally that servers was really busy but this is not true. Small Database with a handful of objects produce the same result.: 
SQL Source Control can't tell who made these changes because the server took too long to respond. Try refreshing when the server is less busy

Can you check if there is anything in the log? 

Could it be the server just too busy to even process the change for a small database?
