Library supporting Data compare from .Net 2015

Dear Team
We have our existing database and .net utility project, we have a requirement where we have to add feature to our existing project which will do Data comparison i.e. if there is any change in data few days back then we are planning to create a Dashboard which will display the Past and Current data. On which Tables the data has changed. We need this feature in our existing project.
Can you please suggest if RedGate is having any existing library supporting on .Net to do the needful?
