Monitor Instance Only and Not Host server

I have a SQL Server on another network in the cloud. i have SQL port access to this server. I will not be getting WMI access to this server. The host machine itself is monitored by a different organization. How can i setup Redgate to only monitor and track the SQL events on this server. I need it to not even attempt to check a tcp connection to the host so that the server can properly initialize and enter into rotation with the other server monitoring data collection schedules.

If its possible though you could move the sql instance to an azuredb and monitor it that way?
