Visual Studio crashes regualary becease of RedGate plugin

A few times a week me and my colleges get the error below in a RedGate send error report window. Whether or not (mostly not) I send the report Visual Studio crashes directly afterwards. The most annoying part, Visual Studio "analyzing the database schema" all over again.
"The calling thread must be STA, because many UI components require this."
I have never recieved any reply on my error reports, maybe the never reached RedGate.
Anyway, anyone encountered this error and found a way to resolve it?
