Is it possible to provide a comma separated values list of table names into Data Compare

I have 2 databases with about 3000 tables, some of which have 10 million + rows. I would like to restrict Data Compare to a subset of about 100 of those tables. Is there somewhere that Data Compare can accept a csv list of tables instead of it first comparing all the tables and then working through the list of 3000 tables to select the 100 I want. This would also be preferred to navigating to the table list before the comparison starts and then having to choose the 100 I want without having to scroll through the 3000 tables available to compare?

You'd have to create a user that only has permissions to those 100 tables otherwise it will populate them all in the Tables & Views section.
Another way to do it would be unmapping them in the Tables & Views page so only the 100 are left mapped and able to be compared.
