Sql Prompt is not working

Hello ,

   I have installed Sql Prompt. we got Organisation wide sql Tool Belt licence.

   But SQL prompt is not showing up.

Thanks for your post. 

Could you install the latest version of SQL Prompt with the standalone installer below from the link? 
ftp://support.red-gate.com/patches/SQLPrompt/21Aug2018/SQLPrompt_9.2.6.6145.exe

Also please ensure that you are meeting the system requirements for Prompt listed in the link below.
