how do I get the SQL Backup Agent

in SQL Backup
I just installed the SQL Backup utility and each time I try to connect to the local database it gives me a connection error.  I noticed that the SQL Backup Agent is not installed like it is on other servers where we are using SQL Backup.  Is there a separate install to get this service added?
