Unable to activate product


I'm not able to activate SQL Compare as it tells me the number of activations has been exceeded.

Checking the licensing page on my account website, there are no licenses used.

    Hi Phil

    I have reset your activation count so you will be able to activate again now.

    All of the previous activations were anonymous because they were made prior to the introduction of the user account licensing system.
