Data Dependencies Mapping

Hi all: I'm looking for a tool/platform/library/etc that will allow me to identify, track and manage data dependency mapping across a number of different systems.
Right now, my team is trying to track dependencies on spreadsheets; and that's just not scalable in any sort of a way. For example, I'd like to know that OrderID comes from the PurchaseOrderSystem.Orders.idForExternalSystem System/table/column sort of thing)
Will be using it for tracking change management and identifying criticality and doing impact analysis. Does anyone know of such a beast? I figured if anyone did, it'd the enlightened, smart, successful, handsome and beautiful denizens of this forum?
I'm not looking to track the contents of the column; just the relationships among systems; but mapped by data, not application.
