I am getting exit code 262144 when installing SQL Backup 9.2.5.404

I have installed SQL Backup version 9.2.5.404 on my SQL 2012 server without incident, however when I try to upgrade the other machine which is a SQL 2000 machine I get exit code 262144.   I found another article on the site that I look for c:program files x86\Red Gate\SQL Backup\sqbserversetup.exe however I do not have that folder structure.

I have a folder SQL Backup 9\(Local). There is nothing in there like sqbserversetup.exe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
