Software requirements for SQL Provision?

What are the software requirements for SQL Provision? Specifically, SQL Server 2016 has built-in data masking capabilities, so does the data masking functionality of SQL Provision leverage that and require SQL Serve 2016 for the provisioned databases? Are there any other requirements that potential purchasers need to be aware of?
Also, a comment: it's been 6 months since the launch of SQL Provision, and it still does not appear on the Documentation page (documentation.red-gate.com) or in the list of products in your forum (forum.red-gate.com/categories/sql-tools), so if you want to boost your sales of this new product, showing it better support may help :-)

Thanks for your post.
Provision is a solution consisting of two of our products: SQL Clone and SQL Datamasker. The links to the requirements for both of these are below for you.

I've just noticed that the requirements for Datamasker aren't in the best location so I'll work on getting them displayed on the product's Documentation site here over the next day or so.
I hope this helps.
