SQL Prompt No Longer Aligns Stored Procedure Parameter Default Values

I'm not sure exactly what version this happened in, but my SQL Prompt is no longer aligning stored procedure parameter default values as it once did. Further, I can no longer find an option in the style to do this.
I've upgraded to the latest version (9.2.1.5713) to see if it fixed the issue but it did not.
