Excluding specific rows from comparison for a table (SQL Data Compare) by using WHERE clause

Is it actually working? Looks it doesn't... SQL Data Compare just exclude the entire table from comparison when a WHERE clause is applied....

OK, I found the answer.... "You can only filter rows if the data source is a database. WHERE clauses are not available for backups and scripts folders" My data source was a script folder...
