Attempts to copy file [filename] No attempts have been made to copy this file.

in SQL Backup Previous Versions
I've tried all the suggested things in this blog: https://forum.red-gate.com/discussion/9287/log-copy-queue-pending but still having the same issue.  Since I've deleted everything in the tables by using these scripts:
<div>EXEC MASTER..sqbdata 'delete from backupfiles_copylist'</div><div>EXEC MASTER..sqbdata 'delete from backupfiles_copylist_log'
</div>
Nothing has been added to the log: And the first "Attempt to copy file" still says: No attempts have been made to copy this file. We need the solution for this ASAP.
