Licensing pricing for RDS?

We have a vendor and we are connecting in to our database on their server via RDS remote app. I am wondering if there is special licensing we would need if we wanted to purchase SQL Prompt to use on that database? Also, if we switched to using SSMS locally could we use the same license?

SQL Prompt is licensed per user, so you can use the same license on your RDS remote app as well as local SSMS for the same user.
