One of my customer uses SQL monitor and I need to be able to pull the cpu percent of the sql server before allowing them to clear the cache which is cpu intensive. Is there ann api call that I can do or another method to query sql monitor?

Thanks for posting on the forums.
SQL monitor doesn't have an API you can use and we don't support querying the repository directly as any queries may change in the future.
Would using the report feature and scheduling a report before the cache is cleared resolve this issue for you?
