How to run Memory Profiler for an managed Outlook add-in

in ANTS Memory Profiler 8
I am reading that it is possible to profile an Outlook (or Office) add-in at this link. However, there are no "Only .NET methods that have source code" option in the Memory Profiler 8.12 that I am running (or least I cannot find it). 

How can I profile an Outlook add-in using Memory Profiler 8.12?

I found this link but it seems to be for an older version.
