sql monitor lock's ad account

Hello, i am new to my company and i am trying to get the SQL monitor set up and start using the software.  Its installed on Server A and i can monitor that on the web interface with no issues.  When i go to add our other two servers B and C, they fail due to incorrect credentials and insufficient permissions. The account i am using to login to these servers is getting locked on our AD.  any help would be great.
