Does SQL prompt 8 support this unusal coding standard?

I have started working on a different team at work and they sent me a pdf of their coding standard:

I really meant to say that this is unusual to me maybe many people use it or have seen it.

So my problem is that I cannot find the right combination of settings in SQL Prompt 8 that will come close to mimicking this format.

Can anyone assist with this?
