Multiple versions on TeamCity build agent

We use the SQL Compare SDK and SQL Data Compare SDK in a couple of our products. As we need to support SQL Server 2016 and 2017 in newer versions of our software, we also need to upgrade the SDK. No problem. We have everything running locally. 
We have followed the official guidelines for setting up automated build here:

Now we are running into problems. We need two different versions on the build agents (10.7 and 12.4), and for some reason we are unable to license both. How should we go about this?
