include/exclude not working

Hi,

I run: R:\Tim van Loosbroek\code guard>SqlCodeGuard30.Cmd.exe /server:** /database:** /outfile:**.xml /include:ME003 /log:**.log

The log:

But the XML output files contains all rules?
