Monitoring is paused while we finish upgrading - stuck at 80%

The title pretty much says it all really. We had the DLM dashboard installed quite some time ago (probably a year or 2 ago), however, it didn't really suit our business model at the time. We've decided to give it a try again, as our processes are quite different now, however, it doesn't appear to be working. It did work fine when installed locally, however, isn't on the server; it's stuck at 80% (it's been like that for quite some time now).

Initially the product was upgraded from whatever we had before (service was just switched off), however, I've since tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole thing on Thursday; and it's still at the same position. Considering it's been several days, I'm confident in saying it's not going to finish.

Any idea why it's not finishing? Not a good second try at the moment I'm afraid.
