Table compare seems to be comparing all tables

Hi,
I am evaluating the Oracle Data Compare 4 latest version that I just down loaded. After connecting the data sources and loading up the object list, I clicked on 'Tables & Views' tab. I saw all of my tables and views listed. I just want to sample compare a few tables between 2 sources. I selected just one table from the list and I selected the comparison key from the drop down. Only one table is checked in the compare list. I clicked 'Compare Now' and I see all sorts of other table names in the Running dialog box that I did not select. Is this a bug, I followed the instructions in the Help files. Only one table was selected in the compare tables dialog box.
