in SQL Prompt
Hi there,
I have a computer a while back that I have used SQL Prompt on that I have mistakenly forgot to deactivate the license on. The drive that the licensed software was on has been wiped, so there is no booting into Windows to correct the problem myself. Is there a way I can remove the oldest license activation from my account so I can activate a license on a new computer?

The Redgate support team can fix this issue for you by restoring activations to your serial - if you email your serial number to support@red-gate.com typically these requests are actioned in only a few hours!
Let me know if you need any further information - thank you very much!
