White space difference v 13.2.4

SQL data compare identified a difference between two rows that are identical : 
In the view detail screen I check show white spaces and the results are : 

$('#ReportBtn').hide();n

$('#ReportBtn').hide();rn

Could you please tell me what should I do  to skip this difference ? Using trim trailing white space doesn't change anything

I don't see a response to this question.  Is there a way to have it ignore the "r"?

This also has an impact for my comparisons so it would be good to get an answer or add to the product feature backlog.
