Database compare options dont seem to be working

I have a weird problem. When i compare the nuget package contents with the target environment in SQL Compare with the same Database Compare options as I have in source control, I am getting a deployment script, which is way different then the Release compare script generated by the DLM for Deployment. The DLM script has more changes, not sure why this happens. I have tried multiple times, what could've gone wrong?
