13.2.1.5640: Change in SQL view but no checkbox to allow deployment

in SQL Compare
SQL Compare (updated this morning) is showing a diffference between my proc on 2 database environments when i look in sql view pane, but it is not recognising the difference in the object list so show no checkbox to allow deployment.
On this particular proc , others it has recognised.
