Word-version of the Quick Reference Card - please...

If a MS Word version of the pdf could accompany the standard install, there are some feature-commands that I'd add as either reminders, or custom snippets I may sometimes use that I need a quick place to find.

The "di" Ctrl-pop-out to disable formatting for a block is something I'd use on occasion, but as it's in an obscure place, isn't that memorable (as just one example). Guess a sharpie will have to do for now...

Opening the current pdf in Word 2016 is a disaster, BTW! What a mess...
