SmartAssembly and GDPR

Hi.
Have you taken look at GDPR?
Are you GDPR compliant?
What steps have you taken/are you taking to be GDPR comliant?
GDPR is basically about user data protection and some mandatory features that must be provided for users like user deletion and giving user all stored information about them.
Do you store any data about your users except licenses?
GDPR also considers code as a data, because code processes data. In GDPR there is also said, that company needs to be using "state of the art" protection of users data.
Are you guaranteeing that using SmartAssembly we would indeed be using "state of the art" code protection against disassembling, debugger attaching and so on?
Thanks
Jacob

I've not come across the interpretation that code is data because it processes user data, can you link to where you've seen that?
As for your final question, SmartAssembly can help make reverse engineering code more difficult, but we don't make any specific claims or guarantees about it helping you comply with any provisions of the GDPR.
