Differences don't exist

in SQL Compare
Using SQL Compare version 13.0.0.5078 Professional - when doing a comparison I see a number of stored procedures listed under 'in both, but different' but when you drill down to examine the differences - there are no differences. Ignore white space is selected - and ignore square brackets and permissions and comments. The code in the comparison window is absolutely identical. Copying the code from the test database to the live database and executing makes no difference to the fact SQL Compare thinks the procedures are different when they appear to be identical. I see this reported as a bug in previous versions - with comments that it should be fixed in 12. ... versions. But, in this version, I still have this problem. I never used to have it in (much) earlier versions.
