SQL Compare\SQL Data Compare doesn't really close

When I close SQL Compare (or SQL Data Compare) the application doesn't close properly. The process is still running on the background and you can see it in the Task Manager. I've tried in different PCs with windows 10 installed.
This is quite annoying for another issue related... if I have SQL compare running or SQL Data compare running and then I open SSMS, SQL Source Control doesn't work reporting that another instance is running.
Anybody else with the same issues?
