Restore-Only License

I have a license for SQL Backup but cannot use it because I need to restore my backups to several development servers on a regular basis. Your software doesn't permit me to restore a database to another server without paying for another license for that server. Quest's Litespeed can be installed on any server, without a license, in "restore-only" mode (can't create litespeed backups but can restore litespeed backups). I'd really like to switch over to SQL Backup, since I'm using several other Redgate tools but this is a deal-breaker for me. Have you considered this feature?
