Files with no changes

in Schema Compare for Oracle
Just reverse engineered a 18k+ object database and for some reason I have 3 files coming up with changes. 2 Files show absolutely no changes in SCO and the third one has reverse 2 contraints, for some reason. Using the deployment wizard to ajour the local repository changes nothing.

Any input?
