TFS to Octopus

Hi everyone,
I am busy with a proof of concept using Redgate, TFS and Octopus deploy.
I have Setup a Database and linked it to Redgate Source Control.
I then Linked the Redgate Source Control to TFS. Here I can check in changes made on the database to TFS and I have setup a build definition using RedGate DML Automation2: Build and Publish Build Artifacts.
I however fail to get a grip on getting the package to Octopus Deploy in order to create a release for my different environments.
Is there anywhere a walk through or documentation relating to this?
Thank you for any help.
