How do I ignore DDL changes made by the application UserID?

I have databases that have DDL changes made by the application. I get spammed by views created by these userids. Can I filter these out somehow?

Hi, I have a similar problem in that I have two service accounts that make schema changes (table, views and indexes) every night.  I can't get a filter to work that excludes any changes made by these account, could someone point me in the right direction to do this please.
