Code analysis - missing lightbulb and rule explanation

in SQL Prompt
I have recently upgraded to SQL Prompt 9 and can see the new code analysis feature (nice work btw).
I am getting the green highlighting and tooltip on hover, but unfortunately I'm not seeing the blue lightbulb and therefore cannot get to the rule explanation pop-up. I am using SSMS 2016 (details below)

Sorry to waste your time ... this issue has been resolved.
I neglected to mention that I am running SSMS within a windows VM and restarting the VM has resolved the issue!
