I don't think I ever installed ReadyRoll, still VS complains:

Clearing VS 2017 Component Cache didn't help.
Any ideas how this could hit me? All I had from RedGate was Reflector, as far as I recall.

Ok, looks like it's installed out of the box whenever you include the Data category in VS installer
