A more complete listing of the error from the log is: Exception: A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: SSL Provider,
error: 0 - The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted.) Is there a fix for this? Thanks!

Thanks for your post.
Did you tried this article: https://documentation.red-gate.com/xx/errors-and-troubleshooting/verification-failed-the-failure-code-on-the-certificate-was-0x800b010a-a-certificate-chain-could-not-be-built-to-a-trusted-root-authority?
Is the server you are connecting to connected to internet? And up to date with windows update?
