Does SQL Prompt update 7 to 9 affect other users

Hi,
I am working on a PC with SQL Prompt 7 that has other users. I wanted to know if I update while logged in as me if it affects other users of the PC? I am pretty sure the licensing is fine I just don't want to surprise affect others , like the snippets folder change.

This should be fine. SQL Prompt doesn't delete the content of the old folder when migrating to newer version. If you want to be very prudent, you can ask the other users to make a backup of their folders
(eg: [C]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 7)
