Monitoring Stopped SQL credentials or permissions

We have an issue with 2 of our sql servers dropping the connections. The log shows access denied managment exception for the events JobScheduleSampler, JobHistorySampler, and JobSampler. The account initially connects and monitors the servers. I have the account as sys admin and is set up the same on all of our other db servers. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Even thought the account was granted sysadmin, I followed the instructions provided on this page https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm7/getting-started/requirements/permissions, specifically granting access as instructed and it seems to have resolved the issue.
