Code Analysis Rule SC004, what are the keywords?

Code Analysis Rule SC004 "Found TODO comment" doesn't just look for a TODO comment, it also looks for other keywords. One of these is "Fixed", which is generating a number of false positives in our code, because it is a financial application, and "Fixed income" is a term we use quite a bit in explanations.
1) Is there a list available of keywords used by this rule, and can it be user edited?
2) Is it possible to limit the rule to all caps keywords only?

The rule is looking for the following tokens within comments:
It is not possible, at the moment, to edit this list, nor to limit the rule to all caps keywords only. Can you please post a request for this on our UserVoice forum?
