RedGate.Profiler.UI.exe crashes

Hi,
I downloaded the RedGate profiler today. I installed and launched the performance profiler to see the RedGate profiler UI itself crashing. Could you please help me out with this.
Env Details:
OS: Win 7
having VS 2015 & 2017.
On seeing event log below are the log messages
Error 1 (Source .net runtime)

Hi @Venu,

So sorry to hear you're running into an issue!

Hm, it's quite odd for the profiler itself to crash, especially on startup.

If you haven't already can you please first try reinstalling the profiler in case the install is corrupted, making sure to run it as administrator to prevent any permissions issues? Please then run the profiler as administrator as well to confirm if the crash still happens.

If it does, can I please check:
- What version of the profiler do you have installed?
- What versions of the .NET Framework do you have installed?
- Can you please check if your antivirus may be quarantining any files, or blocking the profiler from running?
