SSMS 7.3 & Prompt 9.0.0.3116

I am having issues with SQL Prompt and SSMS. If Prompt is installed SSMS hangs when opened, uninstall Prompt and no hang. But oddly if it's installed and I let the hung SSMS window sit without killing the process, I can start another instance of SSMS and it opens and runs with SQL Prompt with no problem. While the hung instance just sits there I can use the other. When I am done I shut down the good instance, and then kill the evil one. It's a pain but it works. I have uninstalled/installed Prompt and SSMS many times and rebooted between uninstalls and installs.
