Redgate Client not starting

We are getting the following issue when we try to start the client, all licenses are valid.

Close any Redgate Products
Stop the service named 'Redgate Client'
Delete the contents of the following folder %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Common Files\Red Gate\Shared Client
Navigate to Programs and Features and run a repair on one of your installed Redgate products.
Reopen the Redgate product (the service should restart automatically but if not you may need to start it manually).
