SQL Prompt (with license) is not working with 2017

I have license for SQL Prompt and it works fine with VS2015. Now I've installed the VS2017 and SQL Prompt is missing. I do not have SQL Prompt menu anywhere, snippets are not working, code formatting options are missing and so on. I've tried to re-install the SQL Prompt using Belt and it didn't help.

    Hi @sdks,

Sorry to hear you're running into an issue!

Can I please first check a few things:
    - What version of SQL Prompt do you have installed?
    - If you open VS and go to Tools>Extensions and updates, is SQL Prompt listed as installed? If it is, what version is it? Is it disabled?
    - If it's not listed and if you haven't already, can you please try running the installer explicitly as administrator in case this is permissions-related?
