Is there consulting help for a newbie - to talk through a few basics?

I am an analyst, not a professional coder. However, I have some managed to use SQL Server for some major data analysis. I would like to know if there is anybody who could walk me through some basics of Red Gate - literally show me some basic set up steps as well as how to do some simple things like transfer files from one server to another. I use the SQL 2016 and 2016 Developer Editions on a desktop.
