Obfuscated .net dlls are not working in Microsoft Surface Pro tab

Hi Team,
we are using smartassembly 6.0 for obfuscation our .net application. The obfuscated dlls are working in normal windows pcs (workstation and laptop) where we installed windows 10 OS.
we tried to run this obfuscated dlls in Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tab (windows 10) and it is not working as expected. Here, Few application features are failed in Surface tab. we didn't face any issue in the surface tab when using our application without obfuscation using Smart assembly.

could your please suggest solution for this issue?

Just to confirm if it's a particular feature causing this, can I just check- if you just process the application through SmartAssembly without turning on any of the protection options, does it still work? If so, if you turn the protection options on one-by-one, when does the problem start happening?

Could you let us know a bit more about how the application isn't working as expected? Is it throwing any particular errors? What should be happening in the code at the point where it's not working?
