How to set Project-level data constraint defaults ?

Hi,
How can I globally set that for all Decimal data types, the default for all tables with decimal column types in the project should be 1 thru 99,999.99 with an increment of 1 ?

The answer here is to create an XML config file with the required settings and a high match value so that it is automatically assigned. I have sent you an example file by PM.
